Psychedelic coaching
Consciousness has a geography. Learn to navigate it.
We map transformations of consciousness. Through psychedelic coaching, we teach you to use the map — to understand what happened, where you are now, and where it could lead.
Our services
How we can help.
You don’t need to have it figured out, or even to have had a psychedelic experience. Start with what you’re experiencing, exploring, or trying to understand.
See
Understand what happened.
Explore extraordinary experiences with rigour and openness. Investigate what they mean, what they reveal, and what to do next.
Articulate
Give form to what you’ve learned.
Find language, distinctions and frameworks precise enough to think with, share and build upon.
Integrate
Bring the experience into your life.
Make sense of what changed and weave insights into relationships, work, creativity and daily life.
Act
Make a change.
Turn understanding into enduring transformation — through practice, experiments and new ways of being.
Orient
Find your bearings.
See where you are, what is changing, what you need, and the directions available to you.
Ground
Prepare the ground.
Build the foundations for a safe, meaningful and transformative experience — or any kind of inner work.
Explore
Explore the big questions.
Have serious conversations about consciousness, mind, reality, selfhood, mystical experience and meaning. No psychedelics required.

Maps of consciousness
Maps, not religions.
Across cultures, contemplative traditions have developed sophisticated maps of consciousness — from the Buddhist jhānas to the chakra system of yoga.
We take these maps seriously. Not as doctrines to believe, but as models to investigate.
At CPS, we bring contemplative maps into dialogue with rigorous philosophy, psychology and neuroscience — asking what they capture, where they converge, and whether their structures can be expressed with greater precision.
Mathematical philosophy gives us new ways to formalise relationships that contemplative traditions have explored through centuries of disciplined first-person practice. Neuroscience lets us ask whether those structures leave measurable signatures in the brain.
The aim is not to prove an ancient system true. It is to discover what it can teach us.
And a map becomes useful when you can navigate with it.
In coaching, you apply this approach to your own experience:
Notice
Start with what actually happened, before deciding what it means.
Locate
Place it on the map provisionally, as a working hypothesis.
Investigate
Test different interpretations against what you actually find.
Navigate
Find the next practice, experiment, action, or change in conditions that can teach you something more.
Experience before interpretation. What an experience reveals is evidence, not instruction.
More of life can become mind-revealing
Make your life more psychedelic.
Psychedelic means mind-revealing,
or soul-manifesting.
Psychedelic substances can reveal the mind and open the soul dramatically. But they aren’t the only way. Meditation, movement, breath, relationships, honesty and attention can make ordinary life more mind-revealing and soul-manifesting too.

Bring the difficult questions
You don’t have to simplify the experience before bringing it here.
Work with Aidan Lyon, PhD
Perhaps you’ve had an experience you can’t make sense of. Perhaps psychedelics or meditation have raised questions about consciousness, reality, meaning, or who you are. Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all — you simply want to explore your mind more seriously.
I work at the intersection of philosophy, psychology, consciousness research and contemplative practice. That means we can approach what you’re experiencing from more than one direction — without forcing it into a single framework.
I won’t dismiss an extraordinary experience because it doesn’t fit an ordinary worldview. And I won’t tell you what you have to believe about it.
We’ll investigate it seriously together.

Amsterdam sessions may also be possible by arrangement.
Individual Psychedelic Coaching
€150 · 60 minutes
A standalone session for whatever you’re currently exploring — preparation, integration, navigating an experience, contemplative practice, philosophical inquiry, or simply working out where to begin.
Psychedelic Navigation
€420 · 3 × 60 minutes
For questions or transformations that benefit from a longer trajectory. Three sessions give us time to understand where you are, experiment between sessions, observe what changes, and adjust the direction of the work.
Deeper Work
€1,200 · 10 × 60 minutes
For sustained work over a longer period — an ongoing practice, a changing relationship with psychedelics or meditation, or questions that keep opening. Ten sessions let us build on what we learn, return to what matters, and develop your own ability to navigate.
Learn the territory.Become the navigator.
Learn to make finer distinctions, test interpretations, recognize your own patterns, and discover what actually helps.
The guide should help create another navigator.
Start where you are.
Tell us what happened, what you’re exploring, what you’re trying to understand, or what you’d like to change.
No commitment. Just a conversation about what brings you here and whether CPS is a useful place to continue.
